For those of you who may not have the math and science requirements from high school that you need to enter your field of study, or who aren`t quite sure in which area of the health field you`d like to work, our pre-health sceinces program is for you.

Take this one year certificate program and explore the world of health sciences.

September and January Intakes are available for this program. Please contact the Registrar`s Office for further information.

Courses in the Pre-Health Sciences program will give you excellent preparation for meeting many different admission requirements for different Health Sciences programs offered at Sault College or around the province in college or university.

You will need to make sure that the courses you take are the right ones needed to get into the program you want to study in the future. The program coordinator and academic assistant of the School of Health Sciences at Sault College can help you choose what to study so you`re sure.

Also, the elective courses you take during your Pre-Health Sciences year cannot be re-used as electives. For example, if you take PSY102-3 or SOC120-3 in your Pre-Health Sciences program, you cannot also use them for advanced credit in another college or university program. You`ll need to take them again, or another course, as part of your new program.
