Ethics and Leadership in Sport

In this course, students will explore the impact of legal and ethical issues influencing sport. Students will discuss negligence and liability, risk management, and legal requirements of sports organizations in Canada. Students will also discuss equity, diversity and inclusion in sport, athletes’ rights, competition law and the legal requirements of communities and organizations hosting events.
