A learning atmosphere that creates and cares for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Nurturing Indigenous Ways of Knowing – past, present and future – our strategies for student success provide a platform for excellence in Indigenous services to assist students on their journey to success.

As one of the few certified Indigenous language immersion certificates offered in North America, Sault College has long recognized the importance of language and culture within our communities. Providing maximum exposure to the Anishinaabe language as well as a connection to First Nation values and worldviews, this program provides learners with a starting point for Indigenous language acquisition and retention.

The Social Service Worker – Native Specialization program is for anyone who is interested in gaining the skills of a social service worker as you advocate for social justice in both Indigenous and mainstream organizations to help empower individuals, families and communities.

Embrace knowledge, relationships and the real you.
