Project Management

This course provides a comprehensive overview of Project Management from an Information Technology perspective. Students study and apply project management techniques from the various Project Management knowledge areas including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk and procurement management. Students acquire practical skills in using various tools used in Project Management by applying knowledge learned in assigned projects.
