(Sault Ste. Marie, ON July 26, 2023) - Hair's to You is an annual student-led initiative hosted by the Sault College Hairstyling program. The aim of the event is to highlight the services and wigs available at the Sault College Wig Clinic. The Sault College Wig Clinic provides wigs free of charge for community members living with hair loss.
This year community members are invited to attend our a come-and-go awareness and fundraising event taking place at the Sault College Salon located in J1133 from 11:30am-6:30pm on Thursday August 3rd, 2023.
The event will feature:
- salon tours
- educational slideshow
- photo opportunity with local drag queens
- professional wig fittings
- wig maintenance information sessions
- free draw All guests attending the event will be entered into a draw to win a basket full of prizes donated by local businesses.
Monetary donations will be accepted at the venue or by calling the salon at (705) 759 2554 ext. 2741, cheques can be made payable to the Sault College Wig Clinic. Donations are tax deductible.
