Guided by an expert instructor, this 4-part series will introduce you to wine basics, the fundamentals of wine tasting and assessment, help you build a food and wine pairing toolkit, and give you strategies for pairing the best type of wine with every course of your meal. From reception wines and appetizers to the main course and dessert, each session will focus on a different type of wine where you will have the opportunity to taste and enjoy a complementary food pairing!
