Engineering Project Management

In this course, students apply project management practices to an engineering project.  Students learn the tools to initiate a project plan, identify and manage stakeholders, communicate and analyze key project metrics  using accepted Project Management practices (management of cost, time and scope) in order to meet project outcomes.  Sudents will describe the organizational environment, both political and cultural to ensure strategic alignment and team structure.
