Orientation Day: Monday, January 5, 2026

Are you a new student beginning your program at Sault College in January 2026? We want to make sure you’re off to the best start before classes and get ready for success as a Sault College student.

Join us for Orientation Day on January 5 to come together other new students, learn about services and supports, enjoy lunch together, connect with faculty and your classmates for a program session, and have some fun after it's done!

Pre-Orientation Sessions will also be available in December to help you get all the information you need before your program begins this winter.

All new students are encouraged to attend Orientation Day.
Orientation Day is mandatory for international students.

Get ready for an amazing start to your college journey with O-Week events from your Sault College Students’ Union. Stay tuned to the SCSU website for details about O-Week events for the winter semester in January 2026!

First Year Student Survey

Let's help you achieve your academic goals and learn about opportunities to get involved. New students starting January 2026 can complete the short online survey for a chance to win a $250 Chartwells (cafeteria) gift card at Orientation Day on January 5. You will also get a chance to win a pair of snowshoes on January 9.
