Environmental Sustainability Leadership

Students will explore the connection between leadership and sustainability from a variety of disciplinary perspectives. Students will be focused on reflective practice, professional conduct, and leadership skills for climate action leaders. Students will also consider a systems approach to conflict and change management. In this course students will consider how organizations and institutions can effectively integrate climate actions into their policies and practices. Using this information, students will create and present an Environmental Sustainability Plan to an organization as part of course work.
