This course will concentrate on the study of child and adolescent psychology. This will include an exploration of changes that are the result of the interdependent and interactive effects of maturation and experience. In some cases abnormal development and behavior will be contrasted with normal patterns. General psychological principles, theories and research will be examined in relation to developmental processes.
