Ray Lawson Hall offers:
- Residence with 3 floors - no elevators; stairs only
- Laundry facilities on every floor
- A common area on every floor with couches, a flat screen TV and DVD player
- Storage lockers and kitchen cupboards available for rental on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Sault College Residence Kitchen Facilities
Residence is equipped with fully functional shared kitchen facilities. There is one kitchen on first floor, two kitchens on second floor and one kitchen on third floor. Each kitchen is equipped with a sink, counter to prepare foods, fridge/freezer, Keurig Coffee Maker (bring your own pods!), stove/oven, toaster, toaster oven, and microwave. Please bring your own cooking utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. Students are allowed to bring their own mini-fridge (5 cu.ft). Please remember, we do not have elevators in Residence; stairs only.
Laundry
Unlimited access to our laundry facilities is included in the Residence Fees. Students must supply their own detergent. Please note that laundry facilities are for residents of Ray Lawson Hall only.
Cable, TV, and Gaming
Full cable service is provided in all Ray Lawson Hall residence rooms through Shaw Cable. Students must provide their own televisions. There are large flat screen TVs and DVD players in every common room as well. Students wishing to upgrade their cable service to include specialty channels should contact Shaw cable directly at (705) 946-2234.
The Residence Office also has Wii and XBox 360 consoles and games available for residents to borrow.
Internet
Internet ports are found in every room in Ray Lawson Hall. Access to our high-speed internet connection is included in the Residence Fees. Wireless internet is available in Ray Lawson Hall, and is also available throughout the college. For help with internet connections in Ray Lawson Hall please contact Residence Office.
Mail is collected from the college and put in students mail boxes in the lobby of the residence every weekday. Your mailing address at Ray Lawson Hall will be:

Ray Lawson Hall is an excellent choice for accommodations that fit your budget. With a linen, and no linen option we can work with you to create a memorable conference stay for up to 157 guests. With 2 new buildings built within the past 5 years there are many spaces on campus to accommodate 10 to 1000 guests for your event.
